We provide tools but you control data usage policies

Regular data backups are your responsibility
Data breach notifications must be reported immediately
Payment Processing
Payment processing is subject to third-party provider terms
Transaction fees apply as per your subscription plan

Paylap Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
