Your gym’s smart, AI-powered front door
The Paylap Fitness Kiosk is a dedicated Android app (available on the Google Play Store) that runs on a tablet at your gym entrance. Using on-device AI face recognition, it identifies members the instant they walk up and triggers your electronic door lock to let them in.
Because it’s connected to your Paylap member database, it only opens the door for members with an active, paid membership, and logs every single entry for attendance and security. Lost access cards, tailgating and manual register entries become a thing of the past.

From installing the app to a member walking through the door.
Install the Kiosk app
Download "Paylap Fitness Kiosk" from the Google Play Store onto an Android tablet mounted at your entrance.
Log in & link your gym
Sign in with your gym-owner account so the kiosk syncs your member database and access rules.
Enrol member faces
Each member’s face is captured once and securely linked to their profile, this becomes their key.
Connect the smart lock
Pair the kiosk with your electronic door lock / magnetic lock over the supported relay so it can trigger entry.
Member walks up
The tablet camera detects and recognises the member’s face in real time, completely hands-free.
AI verifies membership
The app confirms the face matches an enrolled member with an active, paid membership.
Door unlocks & logs entry
On a valid match the lock releases and the visit is recorded automatically against the member.
